Balik Bayan meaning “return home” is a month-long cultural and artistic programme taking place in July 2026 that reflects on the Philippines’ journey to independence, produced by MilkTea, an award-winning community organisation.
Our final event of the programme is Mixtape: Filipino Edition, a short film showcase and a filmmaker Q&A moderated by Ray Roberts, founder of Occasians, hosted at Curzon Hoxton on 28 July.
